Hatha

Hatha is a potent alignment-orientated practice that emphasizes alignment and breath while entering, holding, and leaving the posture.

It uses postures and stretches in combination with the breath while holding the poses to develop flexibility and relaxation.

Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a flowing, dynamic yoga practice that cultivates presence by connecting movement with breath.

Most classes feature several elements of traditional Ashtanga yoga, vigorous sun salutations, standing poses, preparation for arm balances & backbends, with focus on gaze point guided by a steady breath.

Prenatal

This class is designed to help women find comfort during pregnancy, connect with their community, and prepare for labour and birth.

Physical postures, flowing sequences, meditation and breath-work help women relax and adjust to the physical, emotional and mental demands of pregnancy. Yogic philosophy and increased awareness can be invaluable tools during the birth process.

YoGoreU’s mission is to make the practice of Yogic Wellness inviting and accessible to everyone. Based at Greenmount Cricket Club near Bury, it’s a place for everyone to feel at home in an environment that is safe, encouraging, empowering and welcoming.

We welcome new Yogis to our classes every week but be sure to book early to make sure your mat is reserved as the various classes always fill up quickly!

About Chloe

Chloe is a fully qualified yoga teacher who is professional, friendly and patient. She teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation and Yin.

Her classes are challenging, non- competitive and encouraging. They are designed to help you improve your strength and flexibility.

Whether you are a beginner, have been practicing yoga for a while or an athlete, YoGoreU is the class for you.

Chloe Edwards

Having practised Yoga since 2006, Chloe completed her Yoga Teacher Training in 2014 with Yoga Professionals.

All of this led to her starting YoGoreU’s Yoga Classes in 2016 which continue to grow in popularity.

In 2018 she also completed Pre & Postnatal Pregnancy Teacher Training course allowing her teacher another form of Yoga.
